Auburn Historical Society

The AHS meets monthly in the Auburn Library and Museum building that it owns.  Meetings are every first Tuesday at 7 p.m.  Membership dues are $10/year.  A newsletter is published every other month.  A historical society mailing list is in the works for all history, folklore and genealogy of the Auburn/Logan Co., KY area.  The public is encouraged to attend, join and become active in the Society.  We are a nonprofit organization.  Volunteers and donations of any type would be greatly appreciated.  Visit our website OR send a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) to our snail mail address OR email one of our contacts for more info. 

Bourbon County (KY) Genealogical Society
Newly created society (Nov. 2003) covering both the original county of Bourbon, from which 30+ later counties was formed, and modern day Bourbon County, Kentucky.

The Woodford County Historical Society, located in Versailles, Woodford County, Kentucky, maintains a genealogy library and museum. It is open Tuesday-Saturday, 10-4. Closed Sunday and Monday.
